The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the ferry to Langkawi, which made our trip easy. The room was comfortable and quiet, though we were quoted two different prices by staff, which was frustrating. While it was pricier than other options in Penang, the amenities like hot water and basic Wi-Fi were adequate. However, the booking confusion deterred us from returning on our way back.
